With regards to COD payments, it is expected that the User provides the exact amount of cash to cover the purchase. Refund and Return Policy Returns may not be accepted, and it is up to the sole discretion of the Provider to decide whether such return is to be accepted or declined. The Provider reserves the right to cancel any order for which payment has already been received. This may occur for various reasons including if stock is insufficient.
